Hello everyone!

I would love you to join me on a fabulous journey of feminism with plenty of fizz!

The “F word” has had really bad PR so far but why are we allowing ourselves to be literally hooded by the fact that we are female.  As we enter womanhood one experience after another culminates to give us a restricted view, restricted options until we can only see ahead and our own experience, when in fact many women are living in their own heads and their own hoods and not in the context that they are in fact 51% of the population.

Yes we are now more than half the population, but we are limited and diminished on a daily basis and as such our confidence is lower than it should be.  I remember back at school when the girls were bright, clever and spoke up.

Worse than that we are allowing our potential and our future to be limited by ourselves. We underplay our skills, our talents, our dreams and feel like it would be unfeminine or too audacious to do so.

But what if we were audacious on a daily basis? What wheels would we put in motion? How would it affect our children and the future of our country and the earth?

Let’s open ourselves up to this possibility and let it sit there. Take a deep breath and ask yourself would you like to change your future and the world? Would you like to have a mission and leave your mark n this world and leave it better than when you landed here?!!

It’s also a page about fun, as I’m doing this to have a good time too!  Life’s too short to not enjoy it, so if you’d like to join me on my new mission, please take a seat.

I have no idea what this journey is going to be like, will it be bumpy, exhilarating, flat, fast or slow, I don’t know!

It’s also going to include some fizz as I’m bubbling over with excitement to share what has been going on in my mind and what has been shared with me by forward-thinking females who are revisiting their experiences and have the power to change lives for future generations of any gender.

Now more than ever, women (in the UK at least), are free to use their voices and it is our duty to speak, write, be heard and be seen.

We role models will shape the future and how exciting is that?!
